Method
Our method: measure before we move
Before we propose anything, we measure how the internet sees you today — Google, social media, directories and AI assistants — with a 10-dimension audit and a 0–100 score.
Four steps, always in the same order
-
1
Audit
We review 10 dimensions of your visibility using public, verifiable data, and compare you with direct competitors in your area.
-
2
30-60-90-180 plan
We turn findings into priorities: what to fix first, what to build next and what to measure at each stage.
-
3
Execution
We work in monthly cycles within the growth path you choose.
-
4
Measurement
A plain-language monthly report and a fresh audit every quarter to see how your score moves.
The 10 dimensions we measure
Together they cover everything Google, your customers and AI assistants see about your business.
-
01
Google Business Profile & map
Verified profile, categories, photos, hours, posts and replies. It’s the first thing nearby searchers see.
-
02
Visibility in AI assistants
We ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI what your customers would ask, and record whether you’re cited and with what details.
-
03
Website & content
Message clarity, service pages, mobile speed and clear paths to contact you.
-
04
Structured data
The schema.org code that tells Google and AI who you are, where you are and what you offer.
-
05
Technical SEO
Indexing, crawling, HTTPS, sitemap, robots.txt, llms.txt and Core Web Vitals.
-
06
Brand & data consistency
The same name, address and phone everywhere. Conflicting data confuses Google and AI.
-
07
Social media
Frequency, quality and consistency of content on the platforms where your customers are.
-
08
Directories & platforms
Yelp, Apple Maps, Bing Places and your industry directories: claimed, complete and correct.
-
09
Reviews
Volume, rating, recency and — very important — whether you reply.
-
10
Authority & press
Mentions in media, guides and third-party sites: the sources Google and AI use to trust you.
What an audit looks like
An example using a fictional local business. Each dimension is scored 0 to 10; the total is your visibility score.
| Dimension | Score (0–10) | |
|---|---|---|
| Google Business Profile & map | 7 | |
| Visibility in AI assistants | 2 | |
| Website & content | 5 | |
| Structured data | 1 | |
| Technical SEO | 6 | |
| Brand & data consistency | 3 | |
| Social media | 6 | |
| Directories & platforms | 4 | |
| Reviews | 6 | |
| Authority & press | 3 |
Three priorities
- 1Structured data · 1/10Add LocalBusiness, Service and FAQPage schema.
- 2Visibility in AI assistants · 2/10Publish llms.txt, open robots.txt to assistants and create quotable answers.
- 3Brand & data consistency · 3/10Unify name, address and phone across Google, Yelp and Apple Maps.
Illustrative example: not a real client.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What criteria do you use inside each dimension?
Each dimension groups several criteria that can be verified from public information: whether your profile is complete, whether your details match across platforms, whether AI assistants mention you and with what details, among others. Exactly what each criterion measures and how much it weighs is part of our methodology, but the report is not a black box: you see the score for every dimension, the findings behind it and the concrete actions to raise it.
What do you need from me for the audit?
Just your business name, your website if you have one, and your social media accounts. Everything we measure is public information.
What if my score is low?
It’s a starting point, not a grade. A low score in dimensions like structured data or GEO usually means concrete fixes with lots of room to improve.
Do I have to hire you afterward?
No. The audit is yours. If you want to carry out the plan with us, we’ll propose the path that makes sense for you.
How often is the audit repeated?
For active clients we repeat it every quarter, across the same 10 dimensions, so progress is measured by the same criteria.
